AM & MR get started

Narrator: On April 6th, Allison Mack was asked to leave the safety of her comfort zone.
[Show Al & Miles pulling names out of a hat.]

Narrator: That request came from her boss.
[Cut to TW & AM. TW looks at AM sheepishly and shrugs. She looks up at Miles who sternly points towards MR. She grudgingly gets up. As she starts to walk off with MR Al stops her. He hands her a script.]

Narrator: Deep down she knew they were idiots, but she also knew that someday, she would look back on all this and laugh.
[AM takes a deep breath outside MR's trailer door before knocking]

Narrator: With great trepidation, she appeared at the trailer of fellow cast mate and arch nemesis, Michael Rosenbaum.
[MR gets up from playing Wii on his couch to answer is door. He's surprised to see Allsion but he motions her in]

Narrator: At the same time, Rosenbaum's boss had thrown him out of his comfort zone.
[Cut to show MR pulling money out of his wallet and trying to hand it to Al. Al sternly points towards AM. MR glances her way and falls to his knees. He starts begging. Al shakes his head in disgust and walks off. MR hangs his head in defeat.]

Narrator: Can two pig headed actors share a script without driving each other crazy?
[AM steps in and views the mess in MR's trailer with disgust. She pulls several paper towels from a dispenser and wipes off MR's table before carefully placing her laptop on it. MR grabs a doughnut and stuffs it in his mouth. As he does so he bumps the table knocking over a jar of salsa which spills all over AM's laptop. She glares at him angrily.]

[Cue up the theme from "The Odd Couple".]

[Cut to: AM and MR sitting on the couch together ignoring each other. MR plays Wii while AM knits.]

[Cut to: AM and MR sitting at the table with her laptop on it facing away from each other, arms crossed and frowning.]

[Cut to: MR playing paddle ball while AM nervously paces]

[Cut to: AM surfing the Internet while MR nervously paces]

[Cut to: AM & MR sitting at his table playing paper rock scissors. AM does scissors and MR does paper. AM smiles and does a cutting motion. MR bangs his head on the table. She pulls the laptop towards her.]

[Cut to: AM at her laptop typing and smiling while MR stands behind her tense and agitated.]

[Cut to: MR flipping a coin while AM calls it. MR slowly takes his hand off the coin while AM suspiciously watches from behind. MR shouts for joy. AM curses. He reaches for the laptop, almost knocking over a carton of milk as his does so but AM catches it just in time. She glares and he gives her a nervious smile.]

[Cut to: MR at AM's laptop typing and smiling. AM stands behind tense and agitated. MR reaches for his coffee and spills it. AM dives for her laptop and snatches it off the table. She gives MR a dirty look as he reaches for a pile of napkins.]

[Cut to: AM and MR taking shots of tequila. After the shot MR slumps over in his chair. AM smiles and pulls the laptop over to start typing.]

[Cut to: AM looking rather sickly with a bag of ice to her head. MR holds a sheet of paper and yells at her while he occasionally points at it.]

[Cut to: AM and MR laying on the floor next to each other, each holding a handful of pencils. MR says something and AM frowns and shakes her head. MR throws a pencil into the air. AM says something and MR frowns and shakes his head. She throws a pencil up in the air. Pan up to show dozens of pencils embedded in the ceiling.]

[Cut to: AM and MR sitting at the table. They each hold a playing card face out to their forehead and they are laughing. They then look at the cards to see what they had. MR laughs and points at AM. He pulls the laptop over to start typing. AM smiles faintly. She picks up a bowl of popcorn and offers it to MR. MR reaches over to get a handful and knocks over his coffee. Before AM can move MR has her laptop up off the table. She gives him a grudging smile as she pulls out a roll of paper towels.]

[Cut to: AM sleeping on the couch while MR types]

[Cut to: MR sleeping on the couch while AM types. She seems especially pleased with herself and prints something out. She pulls it from the printer and turns to MR. Seeing he's sleeping she pulls a blanket off the back of the couch and covers him.]

[Cut to: AM typing while MR paces while reading. He nods and occasionally smiles.]

[Cut to: MR penciling in script changes while AM paces while reading. She smiles and nods as she goes.]

[Cut to: AM sitting at her laptop with MR leaning in behind her. She clicks "Save" and then "Print". She puts her hand up and MR gives her a high five. She stands up and they give each other a brief congratulatory hug before they both suddenly decide it's a little too squicky. They pull away and shake hands vigorously instead. MR pulls the top sheet from the printer, it reads simply "A Smallville Epilogue by Allison Mack and Michael Rosenbaum". MR puts it on the table and starts marking on it. He picks it back up and shows it to AM. He's marked out "Allison Mack" and written in her name after his. She shakes her head and rolls her eyes.]
